Blue cloth with gilt sp. lettering and impressed small logo centre fr., clean and unworn bar sl. outer corner bumping and two very faint lighter smudges to fr. of little consequence. f/piece + xii + 419, 4 further plates ex-pagination; Front end-paper inscribed 'For /Rudolph Kirk/ with my kindest regards/Robert Aubin', faint marginal and t.p. tanning, otherwise clean, tight and unmarked.
