A New Directions book. 2nd printing in original pale green/aqua paper boards with titling in red to cover and spine. In a matching colored dust jacket with matching title design and color. The Lustig design for the 1st printing was dropped for the 2nd and then resumed with a different color scheme for later printings. The $2.75 2nd issue price is intact on the lower corner, front flap. Dust jacket a bit toned with somewhat darkened spine but with only fleck sized chips at spine ends and a pair of tiny, closed edge tears. Soundly bound and clean. Prior owner name and address penned neatly to front free end page. Moderate bump at base of spine but without abrasion or break to the paper over boards. The bump is visible, though, in stressing to the paper of the pages at lower most point closest the spine. Mild bump to fore edge of page block has caused a very mild stress crease to the front lower corner of a hand ful of pages mid-book. Solid copy of the 2nd issue. VG/VG.
