Third Printing. 315 pages. No dust jacket. Paper covered boards. Contains black and white photographic plates. Pages are moderately tanned. Mild cracking to gutters, however binding remains firm. Mild thumb-marking present. Pencil marks to front endpaper. Boards have mild edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards.
