Condition is Fine: completely clean, binding tight & square, pages show just a hint of tanning, but completely unmarked. Corners crisp, with mild bumping to heel of spine. The unclipped DJ is VG, with a few short unclosed tears & tiny chips, small dampstain on back, doesn't impact front or book itself; nicely protected in new clear mylar cover free!
