Plates are bright and clear, with some light tanning and foxing to edges. Pen inscription to front free endpaper. Light pencil mark to front pastedown and small sticker to rear one. Binding remains firm. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surface. Moderate sunning to boards edges with some marking and scratches. Heavy tanning to spine with moderate crushing to spine ends and small hole to the middle. Slight split to rear joint. Gilt lettering is darkened. Seller Inventory # 1704978656BIL
