About this Item
CONDITION: Very Good Plus, no names or other marks, straight, clean, plates nice, pages neatly cut, gilt bright on spine as well as board and top edge, spine top a bit pushed, rub on one corner tip, paler water spots can be seen from some angles on spine. Juvenile hardback. Interesting and easy to follow for an older child, but perhaps too long to attempt these days. MacGregor also wrote the "As Told to the Children" books for younger ones. From the text, definitely published preWWI. ABE Heritage Seller since 1996; conservative AB condition grading. We ship all our books in cardboard protection.
