Fourth printing hardcover in blue buckram boards bumped but not rubbed through. Not ex-library. Signed by author on title page to someone who erased their name twice within this dedication. Tight bright 248pp horse story. Judy receives a fat little Shetland pony from her grandfather for her birthday present when what she really wanted was a big riding horse, but she learns much about horses by driving the pony and by exercising the big stallion Starlight.
