Title-printed gray paper wrappers, stapled. The yapp edges of the fragile wrappers show much chipping, tanning; some pencil marks, page corners formerly turned down in the Report (pp. 26-41), by former owner: Cleveland, Ohio based book collector, William G. Mather (1857-1951), who was studying this subject for a project. His bookplate is present on the inside of the front cover. A very scarce and quite fragile item. Seller Inventory # M-122
