Specially published for presentation to the members of the Sixth International Otological Congress, London, 1899. small 8vo (17 x 11 cms); xvi & 352 pages, plus adverts. on endpapers; with 9 folding maps, plus many illustrations in the text (plans, photos, etc.; original limp red cloth, some wear, to edges and corners, endpapers split, (but joints holding well on spine, some foxing, and back of frontispiece browned, corner of one page torn away (only affecting margin, not text) but otherwise a good, but used copy. Curiously, the plan listed as being on page 20 doesn't seem to exist, page 20 being all text. The preliminary pages are devoted to an account of Burroughs, Wellcome & Co., including several illustrations of buildings. A comprehensive guide, well illustrated. Seller Inventory # 007430
