1871. No Edition Remarks. 312 pages. No dust jacket. Green embossed cloth with gilt lettering to spine and front. Boards and endpapers are heavily mottled. Musty odour overall. Severe cracking to hinges causing boards to be loose. Pencil inscriptions to front free endpapers and pastedown. Some pages and gatherings are very loose. Endpapers and pastedowns are intensely mottled and faded. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping and fraying to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Heavy mottling and blotchiness to boards and spine. Gilt is dulled. Book has a moderate forward lean. Seller Inventory # 1691412776ALK
