Oversized 9 1/4" x 12 1/4" magazine for the 'Seacoast Region' of New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts [Newburyport to Kennebunkport]. This was a great magazine, profusely illustrated (a "picture magazine", as described by the publisher) and chock full of articles on the Region; the extra-large, full-page vintage ads are wonderful, especially the car ads (and the real estate ads will make you cry: huge antique colonials for $9,000!). Scarce early Christmas issue of December, 1951 [Vol. 2, No. 6] in Very Good Plus condition. See photo. Places included in the features and articles include: Lady Isle, Portsmouth, Sanford, Kittery and many others.
