Two volumes. The Shakespeare Head Bronte, printed at the Shakespeare Head Press and published by Basil Blackwell and by Houghton Mifflin Company. One thousand copies were printed, of which 500 copies, known as the Large Paper Edition, are the American issue. For the copy number is written by hand "Presentation copy." Beautifully printed with wide margins,and frontispiece drawings of ""Briarfield Rectory" and "A Corner in Nunnally." Bound in blue paper boards backed in cloth, with red leather lettering pieces on the spines. Except for some abrasion to the lettering pieces, a fine copy. Seller Inventory # 007848
