About this Item
This 5.75 x 8.75, 187 page book is in fine condition. The red cloth covers are near perfect with no real condition issues to mention. There is no really no visible sign of wear or damage. The black sun/bomb image on the front cover is intriguing and clear, and the lettering on the spine is also like new. The interior of the book showed a previous owner's bookplate pasted to the ffep but beyond that the text shows no condition issues to mention. The book features a number of striking woodblock illustrations revolving around the Japanese experience in WW II and the tragic and destructive end of the war for Japan in 1945. The dust jacket is in very good condition. It does have a one-inch tear at the spine crown and there is some modest wear to the top and the folds, but really the jacket is in very solid and good condition. 187 pages.
