Friedrich s Buchandlung, twenty-six plates, cloth spine, marbled boards, 14.25 x 9.25 , folio. In good condition. Complete. Later binding with minor wear to extremities. Bottom right corner on front board is somewhat dented. Light toning to marbled paper. Cloth spine clean and intact. Binding intact. Bookplate of Maurice Robert Des Marais (1920-2004) on front end pastedown. Des Marais was a longtime faculty member in the Department of Architecture at Penn State College of Arts and Architecture and a corporate member of the American Institute of Architects. Ex-library of Poppenhusen Institute, College Point, NY. Consistent light toning throughout with scattered moderate foxing. Some rippling to leaves from previous humidity exposure. Free of known markings. Binding intact. Please see photos. Quite scarce. Includes twenty-six plates of plans and designs of steps and staircases.
