This NF quality eighth print Landmark book was published by Random House in 1953. The book is square, extremely clean, completely free of corner bumps and edge dings. The spine ends are very lightly bumped without fabric damage; the bottom edges have no wear. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any type and paper damage of any sort. The paper is very slightly toned and is very flexible. It also has a manufacturing error--there are two sets of front end pages! The VG quality jacket is very clean and is not price-clipped; it has no chips, tears or folds; what it does have, on both front corners and particularly on the spine, are small areas of color loss due to abrasions (see photo). There is also a small rectangle of discoloration on the front panel beneath the Landmark banner--probably from a sticker of some sort. There is no book list in the book, but the jacket lists at least to Landmark #76. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-4-19-3
