A rare, original propaganda poster from the Chinese Cultural Revolution era. Designed by Zhejiang Province Art College, no. 70072, priced at 0.10 yuan. Landscape format. Depicts a soldier/opera singer. Text: "Chairman Mao's Central Party Direction. Faced with the difficulties of the Ludong Struggle, instructor Guo Jiuanguang was full of infinite loyalty to Chairman Mao's Central Party." The song translates as " Full of confidence in victory.full of revolutionary passion like the Yangtze River. The slow road is filled with dense fog and thick clouds which cannot hide the radiant rays of the red sun!" Condition: very good with fold marks andseveral small nicks and creases at the edges/corners. Neat archival tape repair on reverse to a closed tear. Provenance: from a private collection purchased some years ago in Nanjing. Seller Inventory # 004145
