Precedes the first book issue(1844) which contained only 9 of the Cruikshank plates. The last Ainsworth novel illustrated by Cruikshank. Plates in the copy are at pages 17, 108, 187, 203, 214, 298, 311, 380, 396, 487, 493, 496, 15, 205. Light rubbing to the hinges and headband otherwise a clean copy. Seller Inventory # 2825
