12mo. [6]1-120p. Illustrated with four brown and white drawings by Harry L. Smith. Color drawings on the endpapers presumably also by Harry L. Smith. Green cloth with yellow letters and decorations on the front cover and spine. Just touches of wear to the extremities, covers clean and bright, all illustrations in fine condition, pencil gift inscription on front pastedown, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Dust jacket somewhat tattered with two major tears in the front panel, but with only a fingernail-sized chip missing from the upper right corner the front panel. Laura Lee Hope is a pseudonym used by the Stratemeyer Syndicate for their various series books. Seller Inventory # 008973
