Beautifully illustrated with 39 tipped in color and black and white plates by Ronald Balfour as well as additional outline drawings in blue. Bound in 3/4 turquoise leather with marble boards and matching endpapers. Gilt top foredge and spine lettering. Boards somewhat bulged from the bulk of the text block. Some sunning to the spine.
