Lucien Perey was the pen name of Clara Adele Luce Herpin. She wrote mostly historical works including this examination of the (platonic) relationship between Louis XIV and Marie Marcini Colonna. In very good condition, there is some toning to the paper and a little bit of scuffing to the edges.
