Pictorial blue cloth boards - cloth is scuffed and rubbed in places; esp. on front board/spine joint. Also, at head/tail of spine. Binding is tight. Mild to moderate tanning and foxing of pages. Top edge is gilt. Endpapers/pastedowns are pictorial. One condition-related issue is felt tip pen circling of the title, Robinson Crusoe, on the half title page (see image). Plus - some tearing (and damp-related perforation) of the paper of the illustrated rear endpaper and pastedown (see image). The illustrations by N. C. Wyeth are all in generally sound condition. (There are 12 in total, plus the frontispiece and endpapers). Please note that the publication date is taken from the end of the preface (written by the illustrator, Chadd's Ford, Pa., 1920). pp. 368. 8vo.
