This book has a slight lean, is rather clean, free of edge dings but with bumps and fraying at both lower corners--the front corner is especially badly damaged; the head and heel of the spine are bumped with slight fabric fraying at the heel; the bottom edges have a modest amount of wear. The front gutter and front gutter ridge have some fabric deterioration as do both fore edges. The interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and page damage of any type.
