Tan buckram covers have red and black inked titles with gilt decoration. Boards show some wear, smudges, edgewear. Corners are bumped, scuffed. Spine has red and black text dimmed and is darkened, with crushed, frayed ends. Binding is secure. Pastedowns and feps of brown paper have some a few marks, a small chip. See photos. Ex libris book features an owner's bookplate on front pastedown. Interior is gently age-toned, exhibits a few smudges, some marginal staining as at page 225. See photos.
