Terms of Sale:
Payment in advance by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. All orders are sent within one business day after the payment has been received.
Returns are always accepted when initiated within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. The customer is always refunded the item price plus original shipping, and if an item has been damaged, described incorrectly, or if an incorrect item has been delivered, the customer is also refunded the return shipping.
Prices do not include deductable VAT.
Shipping Terms:
Books are sent with PostNord or DHL. Tracking number is included in the shipment fee.
The shipment fee is based on books with a max weight of 1 kg/2,2 lb. If additional shipment fees are required, we will contact you and provide information about this. If the book is possible to send cheaper, a refund will be provided.
