12mo, (134mm), 17-32p. together with 8 full-page plates of crochet patterns, one with a tear in the fore-margin without affecting the image. Original green illustrated wrappers, worn and creased and with a piece missing from the head-spine corner of the front wrapper. A continuation of Number 1 (issued c.1851), we can only locate a single reference to this volume: on the website of New Media Arts in their Antique Pattern Library. Our copy agrees with that present on the website as a pdf except that the New Media copy does not include page 31 which is present in our copy. An advert on the rear wrapper for other titles from the publisher gives their address as 33 & 41 Holywell Street, premises they occupied between 1854 and 1857. Seller Inventory # 25380
