Endpapers and rough-cut edges are tanned/spotted, else internally in very good condition, top edges gilt, spare paper title labels included, tissue-guarded frontispiece in each volume, Introductory Note to v.1; bevelled boards are a bit shelfworn with some marking, backstrips are faded.
