Royal 8vo. bound in pebbled brown leather, ornately tooled in gold with tooled dentelles and silk moiré endpapers Deluxe Heritage Press edition especially bound for the Illinois Gear Division of the Wallace-Murray Corporation to be given as gifts. The Heritage Press title page is preceded by the frontispiece and a half-title page and a presentation title page with a blank line to be filled in with name of the receiver.
