In Italian. 1931 signed first edition Nicola Zanichelli (Bologna, Italy), 4 1/4 x 6 3/4 inches tall paperbound in printed wraps, 103 pp. The soiled, stained and badly chipped front cover is detached, and all pages are quite age toned in this volume, which is signed by the author on the front free-endpaper with a long dedication in Italian and English: 'To the silent wilderness where the soul need not repress its music lest it should not find an echo in another's mind-' Chipping to page edges. Despite the condition issues, a rare copy of this issue, with a nice inscription and signature from the poet. A good candidate for a binder's care. Enrico Turolla (1896-1985) was a writer, and professor of philology and Roman literature. ~C~. Seller Inventory # C-0941-1485
