Each part has its own title-page: after the main title-page Oxford 1667 (rather dusty), the five susequent title-pages are London 1666, except for 'Quaestiones controversae' which is London 1667. Johann Stier was a German priest who lived from 1599 to 1648. A third edition of this book had been published in Cambridge in 1647, and an eighth edition would appear in London in 1679.
