Brown leather with raised bands to spine with gilt titles and gilt decorations to panels. Front has elaborate gilt borders to front and back boards. Marbled endpapers with floral dentelle decoration. Nineteenth century owner's name to prelim. More modern ex-libris label to endpapers. Spine is faded. Rubbed to edges. Some marks and light stains to front and occasionally to back. Binding is sound.
