Orn. Berlin No. 2005. Döry, Kat. Orn. Hamburg 1960, 498. Bernhard Christoph Anckermann was a German architect and designer of many ornament prints. The plates are part of his "Unterschiedliche Architectonische Risse und Anleitungen", a series of many hundreds of plates of architectural designs for various types of buildings, which were published in installments.
