Generally good condition, though with some some soiling and tearing, repaired, at the top. There is scattered cracking throughout. Age-toned. Fully colored. The 11 views around the border including portraits of the presidents and scenes in American history make this a very decorative item. This is the latest edtion of this map which we have seen.
