Very faded spine and folding lines visible. Binding of second volume slightly tighter than that of the first. Volume one also has a previous owner's name in ink, dated 1976, on ffep. pp. xv + predatory notices to second and third editions, 393 (vol. one). pp. as vol. one + 397-727, 8vo.
