Hardback: map, 6 colour plates, 5 b/w plates + text illustrations by ARTHUR RACKHAM, no dj (but does include part of the front of the jacket which has been pasted onto brown paper), covers are faded on the front and back, damp stain on the lower spine, spine tips and corners slightly bumped and rubbed, endpapers are slightly damp stained on the lower fold, inscription (dated 1930) on the front flyleaf, flyleaves darkened, some foredge and internal foxing plus a few other marks, one colour plate is nearly loose and a little ragged on the front edge, one page has a short tear, still g. 8vo, 123pp. Possibly a 1st in this edition.
