Small hardback story/picture book with pictorial cover shows rubbing of edges with some exposure, ends of spine are worn down, there is a tear in upper spine paper, some foxing of eps, glue has been added to spine, and a split/tear at lower inside hinge. Text is basically clean and in good condition. Dust jacket shows some wear & soiling, and is missing some paper, but is in a clear dj protector and looks respectable.
