An Astor Book. 1st printing of famous childrens book. 24 pages, decorative boards, Apparently spine crack was repaired by scotch taping book to to end papers. Tape has yellowed and dried, ex library book, popular and well used, some staining and soiling, pages have square and round cut-outs which have attracted small fingers and many cut-outs have small tears. The DJ is protected by a mylar cover which has been scotch taped to the DJ and to the boards. Corners and edges have some wear. Rare First Childrens. Seller Inventory # 001712
