Presentation copy with bookmark of Marquis Penderel De Boscobel to inside front cover. Includes 8 colour plates by W. Russell Flint, each protected by a paper guard with the title printed on. Green covers with gilt decoration and lettering to front and spine. Shows some signs of shelf wear including some bumping to edges, slit an small piece cover missing from spine and fading to spine. Internally clean and tightly bound but with slight foxing. The words 'PRESENTATION COPY' embossed to top right of title page. Also included a sheet of paper with handwritten plot of Patience by previous owner. Wrapped in tissue, bubble wrap and inserted into jiffy bag.
