THE BOARDS ARE HEAVILY RUBBED AND THERE ARE SCUFFS TO BOTH SIDES. THE CORNERS AND EDGES ARE HEAVILY SCUFFED. THE SPINE IS HEAVILY RUBBED AND SCUFFED. THE PAGE EDGES ARE GOLD GILTED. BOTH INSIDE HINGES HAVE SPLIT AND THE BINDING IS EXPOSED. THE PAGES ARE YELLOWED AND THERE IS FOXING INSIDE. SOME PARTS OF THE BINDING HAVE SPLIT BUT THE PAGES ARE ALL ATTACHED.
