The book also contains a 156 page revision of the Ordinances of the City of Council Bluffs passed since 1887 ( 1890); a 16 page Index, and Rules and Regulations of the Iowa State Board of Health adopted by the Council Bluffs Board of Health published by the Globe Publishing Company. * CONDITION: The book has wear on the cover and spine with bumped corners, along with some stainging and minor cloth splitting at the very top and bottom of the spine. The endpapers have been replaced and the book has been tightened. The overall appearance of this item is good, Seller Inventory # 0727
