Edited by Carl Akerman who notes in his preface that the delay in the publication is due to the difficulties in finding paper as a result of the war. Schweiger III p1180. General wear to the binding, especially along the edges of the boards. Front blank cut at the top. Some dust soiling throughout and small repair to the title page, not affecting the text.
