About this seller

I am a retired geologist and teacher, buying and selling books, maps, manuscripts, letters and other ephemera relating to the geological sciences. This includes works on regional geology, rocks, minerals, fossils, mining and related fields, with an emphasis on material written or published in the 19th century. I have a particular interest in the history of geology and also explorations in the American West. I have assembled my library over forty years, and many of my old books are in Very Good to Fine condition. I purchase single items or entire collections.
