Clean and tight with slightly right-leaning front board. Thanks to the jacket doing its job, unmarred covers have minimal shelfwear. Corners very gently bumped. Edges gently rubbed. Head and foot of spine lightly rubbed. Interior leaves crisp and clean with no markings. Previous owner name and date neatly written in ink on verso of illustration page adjacent to title page. Vintage shop sticker on title page not obstructing text. Map endpapers clean and bright. Illustrated in brown sepia and woodcuts throughout. Unclipped jacket ($2.50) is heavily age toned, more so on spine and flap folds. Head and foot of spine heavily chipped, not impacting text. Heavy chipping on flap folds, not impacting text.
