Scarce title - good clean firm interior, no actual usage marks or inscriptions, but does have some faint age/foxing specks here and there, including foxing to half title page, contains 3 full page excellent illustrations plus several illustrations-within-text, good-plus to vg clean firm boards for the age with picture to front, all tight; d/j has average shelfwear with nicks to extremities, a few small/minor shelfwear marks but decent appearance mostly for the publish date with no large tears/loss, covered with a new removable sleeve-protector.
