Mrs. Brown on the Tichborne Case. By Arthur Sketchley and printed in London by George Routledge and Sons. 1872, 152 pp, 6.5 x 4.25 , 12mo, hardcover illustrated boards. In fair condition, with rubbing and wear to boards and spine. Loss of illustrations and binding, primarily along edges and corners. Loss to head and heel of spine. Hinges remain intact with minor wear and text block remains bound well. Includes advertisements at front and back of book. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce yellow-back book, which served as a cheap novel, often times being an affordable version of popular stories.
