60 pages (numbered in pencil by hand). Uncommon British issue with different paper onlay than that of Dillingham. No stated date of issue. "Copyright in the United States of America by G. W. Dillingham Company" on verso of title page. Cloth soiled and bumped. Spine and hinges heavily but successfully reinforced some time ago with blue cloth tape and a whole lotta stitching. Hence binding is sound. Margins grubby; many small instances of small now-yellowed tape to margins - twice just touching an image and in one case (though unobtrusively) running through it. Two leaves lacking top corner but with no loss to image or text. Redeemed by the superb illustrations. Seller Inventory # Books010157
