This VG quality book was published in 1913 by Donohue. It is 7-1/2" tall and has 231 numbered pages of text followed by 13 unnumbered pages of ads. It is a format #1 variant, based on the Mattson/Davis bibliography (see photograph) in that it has decorated end pages with most lettering in white, but the illustrations on the front panel & the spine do not fit into any of the bibliography's three formats. This book has a noticeable lean, is moderately clean, free of edge dings with both rear corners lightly bumped; head and heel of the spine are bumped with no fabric damage; the bottom edges have very little wear. The spine is reasonably clean and not faded. Except for an inked name and date (1916) on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks of any sort, stains of any sort and page damage of any type.
