Mishkin (Canoga Park, California), 8 5/8 x 11 3/8 inches tall pale blue cloth hardcover in publisher's unclipped dust jacket, gilt design and letteringb to front cover and spine, copiously illustrated with black-and-white photographs, [6], 66, [2] pp. Very slight rubbing to covers, with light staining to top margin of front cover. Very slight abrasions to front pastedown. Otherwise, a very good to near fine copy - clean, bright and unmarked - in a very good dust jacket which is nicely preserved and displayed in a clear archival Brodart sleeve. Scarce; OCLC (No. 10432215) locates only two copies at institutions worldwide. Note that this is a heavy and oversized book, so additional postage will be required for international or priority orders. ~SP27~ [2.5P] Tells the story of the author's parents, Samuel and Rebecca Mishkin, married in Lithuania, who arrived in the U.S. in 1888-89, and relates the stories of the succeeding generations.
