From the personal recollection and observations of a pioneer resident. Housekeeper Press. Hard cover, no dust jacket (DJ). See photos for condition. Hard cover boards have some light scratching and scuffing. Ding on back board fabric. Corners curling in with fabric fraying. Rubbing on bottom edges. Moderate dumping/dinging to top and bottom edges. Fabric light fraying/rubbing on top/bottom of spine. Hinges good - tad tender on back board but overall robust. Pencil on ffeps. Light toning to page edges. Crease/tension lines in the gutters / coming from the gutters of most pages. Widening in the gutters in spots - on half title page, binding thread is visible and there's a ~0.5 inch crack at bottom of gutter; slightly larger crack at bottom in gutter on pg 128 - but in general, binding is good and feels very robust. A few pages have small blemish marks, such as small dot marks or dark finger smudges. A few pages have folded-in corners. Otherwise, pages appear clean and clear of highlighting, writing, markings, underlining, or other notable damage or staining.
