Handsome original full leather binding with Decorative gilt border, both inside and outside cover and on cover edges. Spine divided into 6 compartments by gilt decoration. Gilt title on black ground. Gilt is still bright. Marbled endpapers. Previous owner's inscription on front free endpaper. Former inscription on reverse of endpaper and top of title page obscured with brown ink. Pages in very good condition, clean and bright, tightly bound. Some wear to leather cover, mostly at corners. Front hinge cracked. Please ask if you would like any more information or pictures.
