1st edition, 1951. Light foxing to page edges and endpapers, with light offset browning to front free endpaper; otherwise internally VG. Light wear to dark blue cloth with gilt lettering on spine. Dust jacket not price-clipped; spine and rear panel a bit worn; cracked surface wear to spine with chipping at head & foot; short creased tears near spine foot on lower panel, neatly repaired with archival tape on reverse side.
